Bought a product that does not fit the description at all, trying to reach out to customer service, never replied, going to online customer service chat, nobody was there. Literally shittst experience I had so far in Germany.

I ordered a air-conditioning unit on the 17th of June it came late and when it came there was hardly any packaging on it so I sent it back spoke to A agent they said as soon as there received confirmation that they would send it out straight away as I explained it was for my 8 year old son Who is disabled over 2 weeks later I have had to chase it up get told it as not left Germany yet then less than 24 hours later I get told it is out of stock now so I ring to ask if they could send me a air conditioner unit out which was not out of stock They said it was against company policy to send a different item out so I questions that company policy would rather let a eight year old disabled boy suffer and all they could say was it is company policy this was the first time I had used this company and the last time as I think it is disgusting
Great cooker hood range and value
We have used lots of companies for various appliances and the hoods we are using from Klarstein UK compete with some of the high end brands for looks and performance. Will be using for contracts from now on

Canceled order delivered broken -- awful communication
They did not communicate for a week. I asked to cancel the order and they said card will not be charged. Then a month later, unexpectedly was charged. The ice maker delivered does not work properly. No communications returned.

Do not purchase if UK based!!
Do not purchase from this company if you are UK based!
Despite it being a co.uk website, they are not in the UK! They don’t tell you on the website so after finding out after ordering felt like a bit of a scam!
We purchased from Klarstein and they contacted us long after our purchase to say the air conditioner didn’t get through customs!
We then got offered a refund or for them to resend the item. We asked them to resend. Then we didn’t hear from them again for a while and then they finally contacted us and told us they couldn’t resend, they had to refund us and we would have to order again!
I think they just like to keep hold of your money in their account for as long as possible.
We have now been refunded but have purchased an air conditioner from elsewhere.
It would appear that the chances are, your item will be stopped at customs.
Why they couldn’t repackage and send again is beyond me.

I ordered a glass extractor hood which I have to say was lovely. £300plus. Few problems with delivery but it did arrive eventually although the courier insisted they had tried and under no circumstance had they been to my address as I had someone stay in all day!. My builder came to install a week later and the glass was chipped. I called immediately.Offered a deduction but declined. It took them over a week to send me a return label which I assumed was a courier. I have also been away for a week so time is ticking. No, its Parcelforce. I cannot get the box into my car it is so big and could not carry it anyway. Small post offices won't accept it nor will my Royal Mail depot. Tried to look at a link they sent for a courier (which they won't cover) and it states the item is too big. I have spent the whole morning trying to talk to Parcelforce and they don't recognise the ticket number. They are apparently calling me back. This box is situated in my kitchen and it is very big. Bearing in mind the product was chipped I feel they should arrange the return via a courier. All in all this is very stressful. Klarstein where is your customer service? Never again will I order from them. I am still out of pocket for over £300
I have since been on to Parcelforce and they agreed to collect today with the label that Klarstein gave me. They failed to turn up after waiting in all day and when I called they said the item is too big. How the hell am I supposed to get this item back to Germany unless I pay the courier which is £200 plus. Klarstein already need to send me the refund of £300 plus. I reiterate the item was faulty when I opened the box, not my fault? They send me the same email giving me the same Parcelforce label to be told by Parcelforce that they will not pick it up neither will they take it if I take to a depot (it won't even fit in my car). I am furious. Klarsten are not taking any responsibility at all
Lack of information and no stocks
I'm trying to order a blender, "Herakles - Kitano" range of products for 4-5 months already, it keeps saying out of stock, I've e-mailed the customer service in the first month, they said they dont know when it will be in stock again, I e-mail them 4 moths after, they didnt even respond anymore, now after 5 months, they dont even have customer service online, 11 AM, Wednesday, i dont know what's happening and It's not about only 1 type of product, all range of blenders "Herakles-Kitano" are out of stocks, and even at their only partner that sell their specified products the blenders are out of stock for same amount of time.
I'm dissapointed to be honest, there is no information if they are not making them anymore and when it will be available, nothing.
Do you know anything about them or their blender products?

Ordered Rotisserie BBQ. Instead, got toy binoculars!
I ordered (and paid for) a Rotisserie BBQ for chf 189.95 and received instead a set of children's Junior binoculars worth around chf 28.00. Their telephone number is permanently busy. Hoping for resolution, but they don't fill me with confidence!

Was slightly worried purchasing from klarstein with some of the reviews. But I had no issues at all. Took only 1 week from purchase to receiving. Silent storm fan seems very well built and has very good features.

I bought my item from Klarstein…
I bought my item from Klarstein Portgual. 7 months ago. It took them 2 months to deliver the item. After 1 week the item stopped working. I have contacted them ever since to rectify the problem to no avail. 3 times their couriers refused to take the product and it takes a month plus each time for them to collect it and then they refuse which means 7 months, 1000 emails, 20 phone calls and I still have not been able to use my product. The company have strung me along so I have now passed the 6 months where you can claim from your credit card. The company are total FRAUD.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Without doubt the worst company I have ever come across.
Firstly they addressed my parcel just to a road, then told me too call the carrier to tell them my address.
When the carrier informed me I couldn't alter my details as they weren't on the package on the first place I called klarstein again who passed it to another department to resolve.
2 days later and many phone calls back and forward to them, I was told it had been resolved and would be delivered tomorrow.
The next day I called the carrier and was told they had only that day payed the import duty and would only be delivered at the earliest 4 days later.
I called klarstein again and was assured it would be resolved.
Next morning I check the tracking and it's being returned to them!
I call the carrier who inform me klarstein never even updated my address after my first call to them, and it had to be returned to them.
Then 5 minutes later I get an email telling me about my refund, which I didn't want I wanted my parcel.
The worst company in existence.
